This ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 66 lb (2 x 33 lb). The dumbbells have anti-slip plastic handles, and the screw-caps have star bolts to make sure that the weight plates are always mounted firmly and securely on the bar.
The weight bar is composed of strong metal with a grip surface of approximately 5.7". The weight plates are covered with robust, floor-friendly plastic, which eliminates the clanging sounds of the weights.
